RECIPE:
LEMON PIE

Cooking time with the cooker kit uncovered.
Firstly, locate the sun cooker and in it heat separately 100ml of water and 200g of butter for 30 minutes. This recipe is in 2 stages.
Stage 1
Ingredients for 4 people
• 250g flour • 1 cc salt • 100g melted butter
• 100ml hot water • 50g sugar
Preparation of sweet dough: 5/10 minutes / Baking: 1h
> Place all ingredients in a Tupperware dish, mix from top to bottom and left to right for one minute until a ball of dough is obtained that does not stick to the sides.
> Place the dough in a pie dish, pricking the base with a fork to prevent pockets of air from forming and pre-cook for 1h at 120°C in the solar cooker.
Stage 2
Ingredients for 4 people
• 150g sugar • 100g melted butter
• 2 lemons • 4 eggs
Preparation of lemon curd: 5/10 minutes / Baking: 2h
1 > Mix the melted butter and sugar, add the eggs and the juice of two lemons.
2 > Beat to a good creamy consistency and add the entire mixture to the top of the precooked dough.
3 > Leave the solar cooker to bake for 2h at around 120°C.
4 > Leave to cool then taste!
